Review to Win Terms & Conditions

To participate in this prize draw, users must have purchased a product from Privatelabeltan.com and have a published review on the Privatelabeltan.com site.
This free prize draw is open to anyone excluding employees of Marque of Brands Americas LLC (‘’The Promoter’’), or their affiliated companies, their immediate families or anyone professionally associated with this free prize draw and their immediate families.
This free prize draw is open to residents of the United States of America. The prize must be dispatched to a US postal address. If the winner cannot supply a valid postal address in these regions, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
There will be 1 x winner selected at random after the competition deadline, who have fulfilled the criteria in condition (1) of the Terms and Conditions. There are no requirements for the details inside the published review and positive reviews will not be favored.
Participation time frames: entries will be counted from: Start February 22nd – End February 28th 11:59pm CST.
Entries made after this point will not be counted.
The winner will receive the entire Private Label Collection of samples (equalling 1 x sample of each product in the collection). Valued at $520 USD. The Prize Pack is final and the Promoter will not send out requested alternatives and the Prize Pack cannot be exchanged for credit or cash.
If you are the lucky winner, you will need to provide your email address, full name and postal address as instructed at the time of being announced as our winner, for the sole purpose of sending the winner their prize in the post.
The winner will be notified via email of the free prize draw referred to above.
The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the date that they are announced as a winner. After this time, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
The promoters will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete or illegible entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
By entering this free prize draw, you are agreeing to participate in publicity about the draw and you are giving Marque of Brands Americas LLC the right to use, distribute and publicize your full name freely in various media. The winner’s name and usernames may appear on this blog, online, or on the relevant Marque of Brands LLC owned social media channels.
It is a condition of entry that the terms and conditions of the draw are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the rules. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent.
The promoters reserve the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
